Just because a center may be older it doesn’t mean it’s a bad choice.  If the grounds and surrounding area are well taken care of and in good shape, you don’t need to worry about having an office in there. Almost all offices that are 10 years and younger have fiber optic technology and you can pretty much do just about anything you need for your business.  Make sure to pay attention to the management and staff; if the center has been in business longer, they are more knowledgeable about executive suites and will take care of your business needs. Do your homework, ask a lot of questions and get the best deal you can without compromising.
