You have seen more executive suites go up because builders and owners of office parks don’t know what to do about the economy and their empty space. They feel that if they turn part of that space into an executive suite center that they can get more per square foot for the cost and make money. Unfortunately with so many centers now, it not only creates more vacancies for the already existing and established centers.
